People complained about it but I actually loved how Johnny Cage developed as he became more and more of a dad. Like, they actually made a version of Johnny Cage I liked by the end of Raiden’s Era.
I didn’t finish the MKX storyline, but I thought the Cage family dynamics was a decent enough story, especially for a fighting game.
