In Canada we’ve had less mass shootings in our whole history, than america has had this week alone. Maybe take a lesson from us for once?

If gun owners were allowed to use their weapons to go in there and stop the shooter … why we’re the police stopping them from going in? Almost as if they aren’t allowed to use their guns in the same capacity.

There is nothing more to blame for the scale of this massacre aside from the Uvalde police. Pro or anti gun wouldn’t have mattered as all of them were perfectly or overly equipped to handle the situation. The uvalde police were the ones who were directing on scene( or lack of I should say). I’m not trying to say that the root of the issue wasn’t that a deranged teenager was allowed to purchase those guns, that in itself is a problem with all of America. But this incident in particular is 75% Uvalde and 25% that kid.

Had they pushed in I would argue the death toll would be half of what it is now.

If kids can’t consent to things before x age depending on the topic then why is it that fresh out of the womb people want them to be trans if they want to? Would you let your toddler smoke if they wanted to ? It would probably seem like a poor decision to let them partake in that activity. What about sky diving ? If they wanted to skydive do you just take them skydiving or do you tell them “not until your older “. Same should apply here.

I would imagine crossword puzzles or anything similar in that nature could also apply.

I think the argument that is often made is that we have discovered so little of our oceans that it’s possible we haven’t seen all the different aquatic species there are. Not suggesting Nessie is real, just the overall thought process I feel the believers use.

I don’t think capitalism would ever allow less than 365 days of work a year in many companies. People at the top only see one thing, and it’s money incase it wasn’t obvious. So less production and less money at face value are not something they would entertain.

Not just the state, lots of them have left the profession. Why get paid peanuts to be in a potentially life threatening situation ( any school shootings) be berated by teenagers ( or younger) daily with no consequence , and you aren’t even allowed to teach them certain things, just what the government thinks they need to learn. It’s a shame really.
