    You don’t “shame” criminals, you prosecute them. Fucking get it right!

      Both. Often the point of prosecution is to “make an example of -”, which is just a dry and long-winded way of shaming them.

    No, first Betteridge’s law applies. But also if these entities were shame-able in the first place they would not be in a position to be able to be the world’s worst climate criminals

      Identifying the worst problems is a necessary step to resolving them.

      “Shaming” has nothing to do with it. Its like you have a high risk of lung cancer-- it’s not shaming to tell you to quit smoking.
