What’s for dinner tonight?

    Big bowl of rice noodle satay - egg, grated carrot and zucchini, broccoli and shallots. Sauce is peanut butter, soy, sweet chilli then some stock I had in the freezer. Just boiled th noodles and threw the rest in the wok.

    It’s yum.

    Simple bacon and egg sandwich.

    Stupid bacon rashers were all stuck together, egg nearly burnt.

    Its our Friday night, so I may just cook myself up a burger, sit on the terrace after we close and listen to a Joe Cocker vinyl.

    And beer.

    Most definitely beer.

        I hope so, busy season and all I shouldn’t complain, full house last night and we still had everything wrapped up by 2330…for reference, there are times when we are still putting main plates out at that time 🫠

    I’m thinking chicken schnitzel with gravy & scalloped potatoes from the charcoal chicken joint tonight. If they do a side of vegies some of them too.
