Fallout 3 has a 100 foot tall robot made by the US government that shoots lasers out of its eyes while screaming “I hate communism”. A group of rogue soldiers with a technology fetish managed to take over this robot in a dramatic scene where said 100 foot tall robot stomps through the streets of the nuclear blasted ruins of Washington D.C. fighting off the remains of the federal government.
