  • You don’t have to imagine. Without Mao, China would be like India.

They both had been through a century or more of oppression and/or colonization resulting in the complete destruction of their economy, literacy, health etc. In 1947 and 1949, they were in very similar conditions.

And look at the difference between the two since then.

So, you don’t have to imagine. The world would be worse off. Now, if you had a Red India…

    Answer: Nothing.

Since 1992, the UN General Assembly has passed a non-binding resolution every year, except for 2020, condemning the ongoing impact of the embargo and declaring it in violation of the Charter of the United Nations and of international law. Israel is the only country that routinely joins the U.S. in voting against the resolution. Other countries that voted against the resolution in the past include Romania in 1992, Albania and Paraguay in 1993, Uzbekistan from 1995 to 1997, Marshall Islands from 2000 to 2007, Palau from 2004 to 2009 then once in 2012, and Brazil in 2019. 187 countries voted in favor of the resolution in 2024, with only the United States and Israel voting against it and Moldova abstaining.

If it is a violation for the Charter, then fucking do something you goddamn libs.

  • No way we can diagnose you like this. It’s a good idea to go to a doctor or get bloodwork done.

In the order you should consider:

B12 is essential as a vegan. You can find B12 or better yet take a B Complex (which has multiple B vitamins like B2, B3 in addition to B12).

Another good one to take is Vegan Omega 3 (most are sourced from fish, so the label should say it is vegan which means it is derived from algae).

Other than that, almost everyone needs more Vitamin D, especially as winter is coming.

After that, look at what your particular situation and see what you need, I’d say.

  • I disagree with them a not insignificant amount nowadays, especially on the points you raised. But they have some amazing interviews with people nearly every day. It’s usually related to history or systems or politics and delves deep - like an academic or a journalist talking about a book or a discovery etc. And their fun half shitting on people is quite amusing.

So, it’s still worth listening in the sense that they provide something that I don’t see anyone else providing. You just have to be able to ignore the times they delve into their liberalism. I, personally, am able to just roll my eyes at that and wait for it to be over but I can understand if you can’t.

  • No bro, don’t you get it?

It’s better if a person who for the past year has been covering Palestine for 8 hours every day to his majority western audience, with 30k listening in all the time, has raised millions for charities in Palestine like Red Crescent and UNRWA, has Palestinian journalists on his show and gives space and voice and humanizes victims of genocide is kicked off the platform and silenced so that there is no space for a similar voice at a similar scale left for those people to express those views. It’s just entertainment bro. If you disagree you’re a lib.

    I can’t with these people.

@glimmer_twin@hexbear.net Media has a material impact on the world… There is a reason Zionists want him off. Even if you disagree with him, having even one platform of anywhere near his size for Palestinian voices among a sea of zionist ones should be enough for you to realize that this is bigger than your personal feelings about him.

  • The dynamic is different for his wife

This is why he takes it personally. They are married and she has family in Israel. So if she takes it personally, he can’t just shrug his shoulders and say “your problem.” They probably get a lot of news and info from their family back home and it’s what’s feeding him.

This is the insidious nature of Israel’s efforts to court every Jewish person living worldwide - to get them to either personally believe in the Zionist project, or get them to care about people that do.

I guess it’s easy to hide your true beliefs when there appears to be no danger for your ethnostate project of choice.

Applies to so much more than just this. We saw this when we had libs resisting Trump and AOC crying about kids in cages. Now? Silence, if not shutting us down. It’s easy to be radical when there is no hope of success. But when the state starts taking it seriously…the cowards scatter and the grifters get exposed.

  • I’ve always been interested in Firefox forks but I cannot live without Sync so I’ve never tried them. I’ve also been interested in Vivaldi but it being proprietary held me back.

Does Sync work properly - Say, I use Zen browser on my Linux PC and then I’m able to access my tabs on my iOS or android Firefox browser without issue and vice versa?

Do I have to set it up somehow? What about history, bookmarks etc? You also mentioned add-ons not being enabled by default. But they are there, right? I just have to install them? Also, is the DRM-content playable on all Linux machines regardless of distro?

Is it safe - am I not giving my Mozilla ID to a third party?
