My take is her schtick is basically designed to shortcut nerd brains and remove their ability to think critically.
Sexy robot schtick! = She must be good because pp hard
Claims Vice doxxed her! = Nerds hate doxxing, so she must be good, even though her claim is real thin
Occasionally defends China! = Gives tankie nerds the excuse to be horny and ignore the rest of her crap
Her claim isn’t that Vice doxxed her, it’s that they outed her as a lesbian in a nation where it’s not necessarily safe to be out.
Which they irrefutably did. Vice has a long history of being irresponsible with their sources and interview subjects.
