Sure, just ignore Israel bitchng about it 7 hours ago.
20 may, the application is what matters, not the issuance. Similarly it doesn’t matter if they are arrested, just that they could be and actively run from it.

And yet the issuance and application prevent them from entering like 80+ countries and notably almost all of those with the highest gdp.
Well, he is still free to visit the top two countries by GDP. Millions of people spend their entire lives in one or the other. I think he’ll manage.
But yes, to anyone asking “What are we going to do about this?”, the answer is “We are going to wait until Netanyahu (or Gallant) visits a country under ICC jurisdiction”.
Icc doesn’t really hold court often if ever whst they do do is remove people from public participation and lucrative trade deals. Those matter to countries.
An indictment against Netanyahu doesn’t really affect Israel’s trade deals. Israel’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister of the Economy, etc are free to go where they need to conclude any deals.
And most of Netanyahu’s foreign trips before indictment were to the US and Russia, which he is still free to visit. He also frequently visits Jordan, which is an ICC member but in the past has refused to arrest visitors with ICC warrants.
It already has, turkey stopped trade.
Yes that’s why I specifically didn’t say all icc member states…
Turkey’s embargo is not related to the ICC, in fact it happened before the ICC acted against Netanyahu.
Same week turkey joined the icc petition turkey stopped export. That was May 2ndish, icc announced May 20th.
Turkey didn’t petition the ICC, you’re thinking of the ICJ.
The ICJ is not a criminal court. It cannot arrest or prosecute individuals. It can issue legal opinions regarding disputes between states, but it cannot enforce its opinions. For example, in 2014 it ruled that Japan could not hunt whales in Antarctica yet Japan is still hunting whales there today.
Regardless, the ICJ has not yet issued a final opinion regarding Israel.
They joined the icc petition and participate in it, I didn’t say they started it.

They are also on the icj petition, yes.
Yet another thing I didn’t say and doesn’t actually matter, neat.
Also they just released decision.
