I’m pretty sure Trump is a pure Atheist with no belief in God whatsoever, not because he’s given it any amount of thought, but because he hasn’t seen anything like God with his own eyes affecting himself and he’s too egotistical. He recognizes the usefulness of wearing a US cape of christian nationalism though, so he’ll spout some random phrases he’s picked up before, whether it sounds intelligible isn’t important. Christians have been conditioned to just accept BS, like people talking in tongues, so they just accept it because he throws out acceptable phrases and it sounds like he’s endorsing their beliefs.

He definitely does not believe. He clearly is beyond lacking even a base shred of empathy.

So if he had even the vaguest belief in God, the slightest self reflection would leave him stricken paralyzed with grief for all the malice, petty hate, murder, and ruin he and his ilk have influenced or directly brought about in their wake as they profane the very ground on which they tread.

We would have seen even the slightest effort of repentance at this point. If not out of a transformed heart, at least out of fear, at realizing what a just God would eventually visit on such a petulant and cruel creature who could stoke a cult of hatred by perverting the message of a Gospel of love.

I’m always reminded of the passages when Satan tempts Jesus in the desert. He says something like “Bow to me and worship me, and I will give you rule over every nation of this earth.” (Matthew 4:8)

It’s not a temptation unless the tempter can deliver on their claims. And that tells us all we need to know about power and those who seek it…

Before i noticed the trump in the background I legitimately though I was having a stroke trying to read this.

He talks like hes just repeatedly hitting the suggested word on his phone keyboard.

Always fun when they say the quiet part out loud isn’t it? Becsuse past the babbling and the nonsense he’s saying what a lot of them say. He’s saying if he wasn’t scared of not getting to heaven there would be no reason to restrain himself. Of course I don’t think you could really argue he’s restraining himself now. So that begs the question how much worse could he be? What’s he holding back? Shudder to think.

Ah yes, the holy father trump goes to heaven by molesting children - how can we religious heathens bask in the same glory if our morals and care for other people prevent us from doing the same 😢
