Tonight is semi deep fried panko fish and chips.
Edit chango plans. Pan fried fish offset by more chips.
That turned out well. It was blue grenadier (cheap as) marinated in lemon juice / onion garlic powder / some sort of bbq rub for an hour. Fell apart perfectly I was suprised.
Takeaway I recon…
Thai maybe.
Left over gemelli pasta with hidden veg bolognaise.
