I have a cd from the grind band Exhumed that is shaped like a saw blade.
I think Whitechapel did this too. Sawblades were part of their image

PokéROMs were a weird shape, like oval but with straight sides? They had a promotion in 2000 where they came free as a cereal prize iirc.
