my mouse is frozen and I can’t move it atall. so i noticed that my hardrrive felt very hot so I unplugged it for a while but then I can’t move my mouse anymore. I plugged it back in after five minutes of cooling down but it is still not working can somebody please help i cant turn it off i forgot to save my thesus in word

Sounds like more of a hardware problem really. Best way to unfreeze a mouse is to leave it in your fridge overnight. If you cant wait you can warm it in a bain-marie for 5 min, then let it rest for another 10.
