Guryong Village If anyone’s wondering.
Uncritical support for the DPRK in its heroic struggle to liberate occupied Korea from the genocidal American empire
One of those two countries has both the highest suicide rate in the world, AND the lowest fertility rate. Liberals hate discovering which one is the shit hole where people don’t want to live.
But… but… what about the highly manipulated map which shows South Korea with a lot of light and North Korea with no light.
The Chad DPRK VS The Virgin ROK
Juche Gang rise up 😤
Off topic but I keep seeing badly cropped images on here. Could it be something the upload process is doing?
Nah, people are just that bad at cropping.
Skill issue
Short photo essay on Guryong Village.
The illegal(!) encampment grew up on private land in 1988, when many people were forced out of their old Seoul homes ahead of the city’s Olympic Games.
I’m trying to figure out if this is an honest misunderstanding, disingenuous propaganda, or a 14 year old stable genius.
The tyrannical dictatorship you attempt to pass off as “socialism” is no better than capitalism. On one side you have the one city in the country that is not absolutely impoverished (because it steals from other areas), proudly displaying that it doesn’t actually have a population of people allowed out or with the resources to have any reason to be out. On the other, you have an example of the ugly side of capitalism. You could’ve just as accurately posted for Pyongyong a starving village and for the U.S. some picturesque view of NYC.
Pyongyong is like a theatrical stage city, it’s there to promote an image, to tell a story, not because it’s needed or used as an actual city.
I guess it could lead to an interesting discussion about the effects on the general mindset of people by the overt negative portrayal of North Korea. But this post still feels a bit too disingenuous
Why do you even try? This will be deleted.
