Electric trucks in general sounds so silly. So much of the weight goes to battery because of low energy density.
the overall battery pack weight is approximately 720 kg
Tesla reports that its halo all-wheel Cyberbeast weighs 6,843 pounds and that the All-Wheel Drive comes in at 6,603 pounds.
so thats like 24% of the truck wasted in batteries
Lets compare this to Hongguan Mini, China’s tiny electric car whose battery weight 92kg while the car as a whole weighs 665kg. Thats just 14%.
I am really looking forward to more crash test data, especially because the parts Tesla wanted to see are incredibly bad.
Where are you getting 14% from? 665kg is 1466 pounds and is 21% of the heaviest cyber truck you have listed.
OP means the 92kg battery is only 14% of the weight of the 665kg car
