Yea the win was nice. But the next week of memes completely dragging the Eagles and their fans is going to bring me so much joy. Can’t wait!
Yikes lol GG. Can’t wait to play Phili when it matters most!
Purdy started shaky then balled the fuck out.
GG Philly fan
Purdy still hasn’t finished a game in Philly
This wasn’t just a win, this was a BLOW OUT like all the others we had this year.
When will people realize how good this team is?
Lmao the Eagles arent who we thought they were
The Niners have defeated the Rocky statue curse!
Hey Philly fans…who’s your daddy?
What kind of fake-ass, fraud-ass pretender-ass team with a fake MVP QB gets absolutely curb stomped by the 49ers?!!? LMAAAAAAAAAAAAOOOOOOOO
Congratulations to the San Francisco 49ers and the subscribers of r/nfl for their collective win of Super Bowl LVIII. You did it guys! Hoist that Lombardi and I hope to see you next year.
I’m furious the Eagles lost and looked lifeless for 3 quarters, BUT I find it absolutely hilarious that Niner fans are acting like this was their Super Bowl. You had a stretch of losing to the Browns, Vikings and Bengals when you wanted Purdy benched. Enjoy peaking in the regular reason. Shanahan has a stellar playoff record.
While the #1 seed is absolutely desired for the Bye, the NFC playoffs are going to be rough this year. SF with a healthy Purdy routinely hang up 30+ pts, even on elite defenses, while the defense is still stacked. The Eagles have a great DL, and an automatic play in short yardage situations. The Cowboys are also pretty stacked from a roster standpoint, and only really held back by their QB enjoying critical TDs or Coach not helping him enough. None of that includes a budding Detroit team that also has a very strong offense, and could certainly knock off one of the above teams.
Yep , still happy
The eagles let the 49ers score 6 straight touchdowns. Are they stupid?
