Mini-games can be often tedious and repetative but once in a while they can be really fun. Which games did it best?
I enjoyed hacking in the last Deus Ex Mankind Divided. It goes perfectly with the game’s theme. And I appreciate that you can buy power ups that help you. Although I was having too much fun to use them.
Triple triad from Final Fantasy 8 is the best core mini-game in any game. Gwent from Witcher is great, but Triple Triad was just integrated so well and had so many variants and subtle rules.
