There was a protest in Amsterdam today in support of Israel where a woman was quoted as saying “Palestine has unfortunately won the social media war.”

I’m sure its a great comfort to those who have lost loved ones, their children or their whole family in the space of a week that the west are arguing which war crimes of two religious fringes count.

IIsrael is a terrorist stat. It has been committing genocide against Palestine=ians since 1948, past 75 years. They’re escalating their violence and are being enabled by active support from world’s democratic leaders…

Do genocides usually start by telling civilians to evacuate for their own safety?

EDIT: Israel is absolute shit but, you guys are never going to talk (or downvote, LOL) me into supporting civilian hostage takers. It’s a damn shame that you don’t have the capacity to feel shame.

In six days, Israel has dropped 6,000 bombs on the besieged coastal enclave, which is home to 2.3 million Palestinians. Half of them are children. This falls just short of the highest number of bombs dropped by the US in a year in the war on Afghanistan.

Read it carefully again. Then read the article. Then sit back on your couch for five minutes and contemplate. Then think about the propaganda you’re spreading… “but we gave them warnings” wink wink

The million+ children of Gaza are Not Hamas.

Correct. They are human shields for Hamas.

Strawman. I’m not fine with any of this.

You fanatics seem to think that wanting Hamas, who are terrorists, destroyed is the same thing as supporting Israel. I wonder why that is?

            You support terrorism, that’s why.

I want Hamas destroyed. But I value innocent lives higher than I value killing terrorists. A “fanatical” stance, I guess?

Does telling civilians to leave for their own safety count as a kindness if you subsequently bomb refugee camps?

The most effective way to remove someone is to have them do it themselves.

Ethnic cleansing is the systematic forced removal of ethnic, racial, and religious groups from a given area, with the intent of making a region ethnically homogeneous. Along with direct removal, extermination, deportation or population transfer, it also includes indirect methods aimed at forced migration by coercing the victim group to flee and preventing its return, such as murder, rape, and property destruction.

Israel killing civilians doesn’t make Hamas terrorist acts right. Nor do these terror acts make a genocide right.

And it’s a damn shame that your 1-bit brain doesn’t have the capacity to understand that not everything is black and white.

Isn’t that literally how they got the Jews to the camps?

Didn’t Israel then skip the camps and just shell the evacuating people?

This is not a binary choice. It’s not just “support Israel’s civilian-killing activities” or “support Hamas’ civilian-killing activities”, with no other options. That’s a false dichotomy of the highest order.

I don’t support either of those options. They need to find some other approach.

It cracks me up to see folks like this. You’d be one of the first ones these fascists you support put against the wall you know? It’s a slow and ineffective form of suicide I gotta say.
