Each of them has the potential to contribute to addressing the ecological, social, and economic challenges facing our society, yet I suspect that most are not taking any action.

These people are some of the biggest money junkies on earth. They are so addicted to money that they wouldn’t mind wrecking everything around them for some profits. At this point I don’t think they qualify to do anything good for society

It’s true, people just above 1 billion are the poorest billionaires.

It’s not that they’re poor in absolute terms, but they’re just poorest out of that specific group.

Not as embarrassing as falling into the millionaire category!

I think there is a Simpsons episode where Burns is no longer billionaire and he gets expelled from the club.

KONE makes elevators and escalators. I guess there’s always stairs but elevators and escalators are quite handy

Moving stairs are witch craft. They trick people with their magic moving stairs, when it’s just little fairies that were enslaved by the black stone of Deathkill the evil wizward that manually move the stairs.

If they are bigger than all other competitors they probably manufacture their elevators in china and profit on cheap labor. They also probably own all sort of these silly patents about pressing a button with a finger of walking at a certain angle

That’s unfair, you’re basically asking who isn’t a billionaire, which turns out to be paradoxical.

I dislike how people claim who is richer.

Putin owns an economy, Kim owns an economy. I think they might be richer. I think plenty of people are far richer

The Icelandic guy is incredibly wealthy when you consider the population of Iceland. If redistributed equally, each Icelander would get $6700.

Supposedly, Putin is worth over $200 billion, making him richer than all of them.
