Similar question I’ve wondered about… If you truly need one of those powered rideable shopping carts how do you get from your car to the cart and how do you return the cart?

Hold up… You thought maybe you downloaded malware (which in this case that was not the only cause) so you took it upon yourself to reinstall windows on a company issued laptop?

1. Why are you trying to fix it? Submit It ticket and it’s their problem.

2. If you suspect malware alert it security immediately. Many malware act as a gateway to lock other systems. Yes you might get in trouble but I’d rather be yelled at for downloading something then yelled at for infecting my company servers will ransomware/malware.

3. Atleast in my company a computer connecting without a company supplied image of windows will be denied. Completely understand you not connecting to the internet.

4. This problem was not caused by you but could of been… Take this as a lesson to be more proactive in the future.

In the apartment I just moved out of, even after several complaints I had summer electric bills $600+ and it was still hot…night before I moved it was 91 outside and 89 inside. So far my new apartment is better but haven’t seen any electric bills yet

You are correct. That’s why the rent is more expensive, if you buy a house and rent it for exactly your mortgage payment you will lose money due to all those things.

If x is mortgage and y is the average cost of all that stuff then x + y = z where z is the break even point. Now most places make a profit which we will call a. Z + A = rent payment. A lot of people compare rent to X and not Z. Now is A excessive sometimes/usually yes… But rent should always be higher than mortgage to take into account Y.

Now while I agree this doesn’t make sense one thing someone pointed out to me is With rent that is the most you will pay(assuming rent includes trash water etc). With mortgage that’s the least you’ll ever pay(water heater dies, ac needs service, ceiling fan needs to be rewired, washer leaks and damages the walls and floor).

My old apartment had “ac” in Dallas Texas. The other week I have an outdoor indoor temperature monitor thing, it was 89 inside and 91 outside at 930 at night. I just moved out, like last truck was today, I don’t know if I had a minor heart attack or heat stroke yesterday just from moving things to the truck. I probably should of gone to the hospital but I was stubborn and recovered mostly about 1 hour later(at least enough to walk to the car with real ac) and finished moving today. Now it’s 74 in my apartment and reads 125 outside but that’s in direct sunlight.

Oh, yeah than he’s a fuck wad. I know here in the states bars were closed but liquor stores stayed open(some even with drive thru or curbside service). The rational being the increase in alcoholics going through a government mandated withdrawal would be too much of a strain on the already strained hospital system.

I know none of the details about this strike or the situation. That said alcohol is one of the only drugs that kill from withdrawal. Same reason liquor was left open during COVID and hospitals literally have hospital grade vodka .

I’m currently listening to beastbourn. It’s a LONG series, 6 books first 3 around 30 hours, second three about 20 hours each. Basically a guy is almost assassinated by this ultra powerful wizard guy but then the assassin is assinated by this other super powerful guy and the second guy basically gives the would be victim the real victims power and then transport him to another world.

I’m also listening to the greystone chronicles with my girlfriend. Basically super rich kid plays a videogame to help recover from a neurological disorder(his father and him own the company) and after he kills a group of player killers in the game they take the fight to the real world and attack the company headquarters. It’s a comfy read, very basic writing and no real consequences(to give you and idea when ever a new player in game his father contacts the FBI to investigate them with in seconds and world governments basically raid every house of players who admit to working on the side of bbeg within 2-3minutes). Plus it’s 5 books long and without going into details there is a end. All the stories wrap up and there is no continuation or second story(mostly there are some references in the authors other series but only references).

So if someone is convicted of like a gun crime or rape or murder as long as they were sober at the time they can keep their liquor license? What if they are in jail? Can a person own a bar, get convicted of homicide in the first degree, and keep with bar open with their license even if they are behind bars?

I’m not questioning this case, I’m just curious since if only liquor crimes can take a way a license that brought a lot of questions to my mind .
