all you have to do to stop cancer:
- fast 1x day/week
- drink h2o💧~4 Liters / daily (0.5-1.0gallon)
- eat raw garlic & broccoli EVERY. DAY. (tested in RCT, placebo-controlled, double blind; both in-lab petri dishes and realworld humans IRL prove that raw garlic/onions or raw cruciferous (broccoli/kale/cauliflower/etc) contain MAJORLY cancer-fighting properties — similar to the vaccine!!)
- eat a WFPB diet (whole-food plant-based)
- no bread. no flour. no dairy —. ** nothing** processed.
- exercise SOME every day (why: lymph nodes cycle toxins/carcinogens out of our bodies… and LymphNodes depend upon physical_exercise to do so! Ideally:
- walking
- yoga/body-stretch )

Set up my environment so that it facilitates all the above:

in bathroom: water jugs. x3 (2L) water jugs, refilled daily;

internet/smartphone: stored _>_5min walk away from where i sleep (e.g. a neighbor’s/friend’s toolshed (a 5min+ walk away)… or use library cpu. )

carry 💧 bottles with me (3L / 0.75 gal) drink water anytime i crave junk

pick & eat raw dandelions

do not store ANY ready-to-eat food at home, except raw dark greens.
(Everything else, I have to go out for:
- whole fruit (no juice)
- nuts (only raw or sprouted; never roasted)
- meat (8oz/week ( 0.5lb))
- grains (in limited amounts, and only unhulled/wholegrain as eg a sprouted or hot cereal)
- etc )
I STILL CRAVE & eat junk! i fall into traps ALL THE TIME
and
i have resources to mitigate :-) (i.e. not perfect, but better / progress … little by little …
