I don’t look up, I look down for the second and primary is eye height. I’m on Linux with KDE which has a nice 10px boundary before passing onto the next screen so I can snap all I want. I can also snap on my top bar which has the launcher, taskbar and stuff.
I can access my bar from both the top and the bottom which is nice and convenient. Here’s a picture of the insanity :)

I don’t make the cut since I’m 33 but I remember being 10 and my dad had a directional only GPS where you could put down coordinates of a place and get the direction needed to go towards it.
I had the GPS and my dad was winging it without a map and me asked his friend if it’s left or right and I said the GPS pointed to the right or whatever when they would he guessed left. They went for it and I navigated couple of roads and found a shorter path.
It’s a pretty nice memory I have of my dad which passed away 8 years ago. Thanks for reminding me

West Bank and Gaza are separate governments. Israel made a contract with Jordan Valley farmers to get their water rights in exchange for a steady water supply that they never delivered. Then after a while because they couldn’t farm without water they told them “your land is unused so we’re going to use it for a settlement”.
There is water in the West Bank but it’s not reliable since Israelis need to water their crops first.
