  • Jeg vil tro at det er den anholdte man ikke må filme, og det giver god mening for mig.

    Som udgangspunkt må kan gerne filme folk i offentligheden. De har selv valg at bevæge sig ud i det offentlige, og det er begrænset hvor meget privatliv man kan forvente.

    Men hvis der sker noget uforudsigeligt, så kan man ifølge loven godt forvente lidt respekt.

    Forestil dig at fyren som er anholdt, er helt uskyldig og slet ikke den person politiet ønskede at anholde. Det kunne da godt være han ikke har lyst til at 20 mennesker har en video af ham, som kan dukke op på YouTube når som helst.

    I know plenty of people like what you are describing (always near at least one phone), but they are still impossible to reach quickly. Even when they expect a call, they can have their phone in Do Not Disturb mode. Or they ran out of battery, and didn’t think to turn it on after plugging it in. Most of the time I have no idea what the issue is.

    Also, he might live in an area with few options. Specially on short notice. Maybe the closest alternative with a somewhat similar style is far away, so even if you can get a reservation , not everybody will be able to get there before dinner time.

    Basically, when he says it’s hard for him, maybe just trust that he knows his life better than you do.







  • I could, but that’s not the point. The point is that someone posted a picture of some text, without any sources. And that when someone asks for a shred of proof, some people don’t get why. This is very important.

    And this is what I’m trying to tell you, and anyone else reading. A picture of text is not reliable, and it does not help that there’s also a picture of someone you trust. The guy asking for proof is the sensible voice, not the voice of a person with issues.
