which in return means they wont get hired.

Nice, any advice to us juniors devs, wanting to become DN? Any regrets or things you wish you could’ve done different? Any shortcuts you wish you could’ve taken to become as successful as you are now?

I’m surprised about Japan. How long has the exchange rates been good for yen? I’ve always thought it was pretty expensive and such. I’m in the process of becoming a DN, and i really would like to visit Japan and stay there a few months/weeks.
