Had the virtual keyboard type set to ISO in Karabiner Elements while the external keyboard I have attached is ANSI.

You don’t need the above mapping if you set it correctly :)

And I’m thinking the only country to have ever used nuclear weapons against a civilian population can stomach a lot of carnage so I wouldn’t bet on their hitting the breaks anytime soon.

Of course, it would be nicer if the Mastodon interface actually hid filtered notifications instead of doing whatever the fuck this is.

@DodoTheDev @Lokjo @librewolf @Vivaldi Yeah, although I just read that they’re using the manipulative “Maybe later” pattern in at least one of their dialogs so that would be a good thing to fix for the future (I’m using Vivaldi too as my default browser.)

The opposite of “Yes” is “No”, not “Maybe later.”
