Left-wing instances were defederated preemptively, as a last resort because the admins feared they would “dismantle western propaganda”. Right-wing instances were defederated after they wouldn’t moderate their users posting CSAM, gore, and nazi shit.
Honestly it’s baffling. Who are these for? The actor isn’t recognizable, and even if they were, they’re wearing a mask. Is there some target audience who becomes interested when they hear it’s about a person wearing a mask?
That’s all move posters for the last decade.
This is the movie poster for a movie about cities that are giant tanks.
First two years of Obama’s first term the dems had 60 in the senate and a majority in the house. Instead of removing the filibuster and doing what people voted for them to do, the dems threw up their hands and said “Joe Lieberman won’t let us give you free healthcare” and instead we got Obamacare. They then proceeded to lose the house and senate because that’s what happens when you betray your base.
Then in 2020, the same thing played out, instead of whipping the vote and taking Sinema off committee assignments and/or prosecuting Manchin’s family for corruption unless they played ball, the dems chose to throw their hands up and said “we’re powerless!”
When they couldn’t use that excuse due to must-pass bills like budget reconciliation, they blamed the Senate Parliamentarian. Who they appointed. When the Senate Parliamentarian wouldn’t do what Bush wanted, they replaced them with someone who would.
The dems aren’t powerless, but there’s a conflict between the people who vote dem and the corporations who fund them so pretending they are allows them to have their cake and eat it too.
the Left
I’m not criticizing the left, look at the specific things I’ve criticized and who implements them. Liberals are not the left.
All we ask is to help us win this election
The dems would rather lose than do what their electorate demands, hence the year long genocide they’re supporting.
Then give those parents homework.
Concessions they didn’t need to make because they had a majority, and republicans aren’t going to vote for it anyway.
The dems haven’t been counter-messaging against the republicans bullshit. In 2022, the dem message was “fund the police”, and now they’re campaigning on shutting the border down and building a wall.
You can’t outflank the republicans from the right. People who like that shit are going to vote republican anyways. Dems can promise to transfer every school’s budget to the police, and republicans will still get those voters when they promise to double it.
Every time the dems talk about how tough they’ll be on crime, they’re admitting that the essential republican stance is better than their own.
Maybe they’d give them a tax break after they filled out a dozen forms proving need.
Libs hate universal programs and they hate direct aid. Hence why instead of free healthcare, we got obamacare. Instead of cash to help new parents buy the things they need, Kamala is promoting a tax break. Instead of free college, we got complicated loan forgiveness schemes that seem entirely random if it applies to you and how much.
Trump was worrying as he knows how to read a room and had some good lines in previous debates (who built the cages). Zero chance JD Vance manages to be normal for an entire hour. He’s probably got Laura Loomer prepping him.
West Wing has done irreparable brain damage to libs across the country. It’s why Obama’s advisors told him to give republicans half the discretionary budget when they had a supermajority and didn’t need a single republican vote, compromised/means tested every bill he promoted, and went with the bloodiest possible option in every foreign policy decision. In an episode of West Wing, all that compromise and appealing the the better nature of the opposition would reward you. In reality, it just demotivates your base and lets the opposition demand even more.
I cite academic sources all the time. This post is a joke, satirizing the dem’s love of means-testing by combining the requirements from 3 proposals Kamala has made. I can show you the proposals I’m mocking if you want.
Apparently in some cities in China, they park the cars on elevated highways before a flood to avoid water damage
What did she do to the poor man?
I’m sure the next country the US wants to proxy into oblivion will learn from Ukraine, right?
That would be Taiwan, possibly alongside Korea and Japan, right?
2 weeks ago they were 15 years behind! At this rate, they’ll catch up by the end of the month!
TSMC had 7nm in 2018, SMIC had 7 nm in 2022, TSMC hit 5nm in 2020, SMIC hit 5 nm in 2024.
Lets do something and help

Last I knew, Rojava was working the the Syrian government. They’re quite aware that if they had their own state, Turkey would invade and genocide them. Not that Turkey hasn’t been bombing them in Syrian territory anyway.
As others have said, DS9, Lower Decks, TNG, Voyager, are all great choices. Strange New Worlds isn’t bad either.
Now some potential dealbreakers: Lower Decks is a cartoon and heavily references other shows (but does explain most of those references), TNG is very libbed up and side-steps a lot of the moral questions Startrek is known for, Voy solves those questions with warcrimes, SNW tries to be too inoffensive and is very much directed at fans. I can’t think of anything bad to say about DS9.
