Similar when the Casion update dropped. You could spin the wheel, see it not stopping on the car, and then quit out of the game before it stopped. This way you could spin the wheel multiple times (and load the game for 30min every time, seriously what happened with that mod a guy made and got it to boot 70% quicker?) and once you got the price, you would claim it and park it in the garage. This way to get super cars for free. But not sell them.

Well without needing to farm airdrops you can just go in and out of Stuffed Turtle and get the stuff in the first hour of playing the game, well maybe 2.

Internet connection is obviously available because if not, then some of the selected games would be unplayable. It also does not say I am not allowed to do anything else with the PC.
