This loss falls directly on Stefanski, the refusal to call runs when it was clearly working and trying to get too cute in key situations. The Browns had the ball on the 6 yard line with 35 seconds left and 2 timeouts before half, three straight passes to the back of the endzone… 42 passes and only 23 rushes with a backup rookie QB is unacceptable when you have one of the best running games in the NFL.
