Hello from a human, fellow human. Or are you a bot posing as a human to draw out the humans and kill us? Oh no

I must respectfully disagree with your assertion that not using punctuation and paragraphs should be a bannable offense on every form of written media to exist because while it is true that punctuation and paragraphs greatly enhance the readability and clarity of written communication it is also important to recognize that language and writing are inherently flexible and evolving forms of expression there are numerous contexts and situations where the rigid application of punctuation and paragraphs may not be necessary or even desirable consider the vast array of poetic forms that eschew traditional punctuation and paragraph structure for the sake of rhythm flow and emotional impact similarly many modernist and postmodernist literary works deliberately abandon conventional punctuation to challenge readers’ perceptions and to convey a sense of disorientation or stream-of-consciousness thought furthermore the digital age my name is chatgpt has given rise to new forms of communication such as text messaging and social media where brevity and speed often take precedence over strict grammatical rules in these contexts the use of punctuation and paragraphs is often minimal or non-existent yet the messages conveyed are still understood by the intended audience imposing a blanket ban on the absence of punctuation and paragraphs would not only stifle creativity but also fail to acknowledge the diverse ways in which people communicate it is also worth noting that not everyone has the same level of proficiency in written language for those with dyslexia other learning disabilities or those for whom english is a second language the conventional rules of writing may pose significant challenges these individuals should not be penalized or excluded from participating in written discourse simply because they struggle with punctuation and paragraph structure instead we should foster an inclusive environment that values the content and intent of their communication rather than its adherence to rigid formalities additionally there are cultural differences in writing styles that must be considered what is deemed appropriate or acceptable in one language or cultural context may not hold true in another imposing a universal standard for punctuation and paragraph use would ignore these important variations and contribute to a homogenization of global communication that undermines cultural diversity therefore while punctuation and paragraphs undoubtedly play a crucial role in enhancing the clarity and effectiveness of written communication it is neither practical nor fair to enforce their use universally across all forms of media doing so would overlook the rich diversity of expressive styles the unique challenges faced by different individuals and the evolving nature of language itself instead we should encourage a more flexible and inclusive approach to writing that respects and accommodates the myriad ways in which people choose to express themselves
Needs bigger moat
This has nothing to do with accepting or not accepting people for who they are
to you. you do not see this as someone’s self expression because you do not value it. That is OK if you don’t have anything similar you’d like to express yourself with, but that doesn’t mean other people do not. Would you not agree that some people identify with their hair, tattoos, style of clothing, etc? Piercings can be the same way
Fun fact- Mormons believe that Joseph Smith translated golden plates into the book of Mormon by sticking his head in a hat. For decades they tried to hide this and portrayed artwork with him as translating the golden plates directly, but i think it was a lawsuit that caused them to start portraying artwork correctly and owning up to Joseph Smith being a mad hatter sticking his head in a hat to receive the word of God.
Sounds kind of silly when you think about it like that but they’ll of course tell you it was divinely inspired. Just like when he married a 14 year old by promising her family a spot in the highest degree of heaven.
You don’t understand them because you see them as boogers. Other people like them because they see them as a form of self expression and they accept people for who they are.
Personal accounts describe him as conservative and defending conservative values even if he was the only one in class
Max R. Smith recalled taking an American history course with Crooks as a sophomore. He did recall Crooks making political statements — but they shed no light on his actions Saturday.
“He definitely was conservative,” he said. “It makes me wonder why he would carry out an assassination attempt on the conservative candidate.”
Smith recalled a mock debate in which their history professor posed government policy questions and asked students to stand on one side of the classroom or the other to signal their support or opposition for a given proposal.
“The majority of the class were on the liberal side, but Tom, no matter what, always stood his ground on the conservative side,” Smith said. “That’s still the picture I have of him. Just standing alone on one side while the rest of the class was on the other.”
I included the name to call them out because they have a bad take and their one-line bio describes a DEI expert. Including the name was not in relation to any assumption in their race or anything else for that matter. But i appreciate the response since i can see how people might be reading between the lines.
Precedent is dead thanks to chevron overturned. Supreme court took a massive shit on it
If you read the wiki comments there was someone questioning the relevance and thinking it should be removed before ending up a conspiracy theory lol
Is television commercial appearance notable?
“He is featured in a 2023 advertisement for BlackRock, an investment firm, that was filmed at his high school.” [12] -> CNN “What we know page”
I can sort of see an argument for both sides
but I also pretty much guarantee its gonna be a talking point on A. Jones’ show by end of this week if it stays in the article (maybe also if it doesn’t, but yeah)
What advantage is there is changing nameservers? Is it just the centrally manage DNS or something else? I’m fairly new to self hosting and only serving locally for now.
I do know cloudflare uses the same nameservers PER ACCOUNT so if you’re wanting to have multiple domains but keep one or more connections separated from you then this does draw a minor connection to a subset of Cloudflare accounts with the same two nameservers

…i don’t believe you
The problem is a lot of store bought vegan cheeses are ok at best. I think violife is probably the best i have been able i buy but it’s still not great.
But, making vegan cheese yourself otoh you can make some really good shit.
this BBC interview with a guy outside the security perimeter who claims he saw the shooter before he fired is absolutely wild
Wow, you weren’t kidding
AT&T told the SEC it does not believe this incident is likely to materially impact AT&T’s financial condition or results of operations.
This is part of the problem. They don’t care, and don’t think it will hurt them. Why would they? No one is holding these corporations accountable.
I’m very sorry to hear that about your friend and experience. And thank you for your service!
But the answer is simple: it’s a cult. They are brainwashed (and ironically think everyone else are the ones brainwashed). So it doesn’t make sense and they just ignore that or have cognitive dissonance.
And unfortunately it’s just very difficult to dismantle a cult. Just look at scientology/mormonism/jw/etc.
I’m not an expert but i believe employers have no obligation to voluntarily recognize a union. (Though it speaks volumes if they are scum that don’t want to recognize it or campaign against it… like amazon).
The national labor relations board will certify a union if 30% of eligible workers sign onto the union. If the union is certified then the employer has to recognize the union and begin bargaining.
So by not voluntarily recognizing the union, amazon is going to force them to get the union certified unless amazon folds under pressure before then. Not voluntarily recognizing the union just delays bargaining.
If I’m wrong about any of this please let me know!
Ofc, though the problem when talking to anyone older about inflation then they’ll think that the cost just increased at the same rate as inflation. But the problem is that tuition in particular is one of the fastest rising costs that has blown through inflation many times over. By showing someone the present value of their tuition against current tuition they’ll be able to realize that it outpaced inflation and it is much less feasible to work yourself through college while working.
