Not in my experience. Just do it and don’t worry about it.

Pretty much a map of poverty levels and areas where minorities are concentrated, not surprising.
It appears to have a crossbow on top of an M-16 style rifle, with a grenade launcher and tactical spears on the bottom
There’s still room in car design for bigger batteries too. Could be used in cheaper electric cars with a less optimal power to weight ratio than LiFePO batteries would yield.
I’ve seen 2 different kinds in my yard this summer: light bluish-white light ones that blink or pulse, and yellow ones that light up and fly in a downwards “J” pattern. For a long time I would only see the lighter blinking ones but then one day I noticed a few of the yellow “J” making ones that I haven’t seen in a long time.
But 10-20 years ago the yellow “J” ones were most common and very abundant, and I barely recall seeing any of the lighter bluish blinkers.
I don’t want the law changed where I live, because these cameras are prohibited!
Several states in the USA prohibit speed cameras and traffic light cameras, because a citizen must be able to face their accuser when accused of a crime. This is a great example of freedom in the USA, where we do not let machines automatically issue fines against human beings.
Yep I know about all of that, and I have zero streaming service accounts because they all suck in comparison to actually owning the music I like. I’ve tried them out, and it’s just too lame for me to put up with their bullshit hassles. The companies selling those subscriptions love that you will keep paying them perpetually to gatekeep your access to music.
Wu Tang rapper “Christ Bearer” did the same thing on PCP and then attempted suicide years ago. He’s apparently doing somewhat OK these days despite that.
MP3s don’t have any of those problems. You just copy it to whatever device you want to “stream” it from and listen to it with no account or subscription.
Prime is not a money saver. It’s a money waster that tricks you into buying more stuff just because “the shipping is free” but you can often get free shipping without Prime or Amazon. Just wait until you need enough stuff to meet the store’s free shipping threshold to make an order.
Where do you think the “quality of streaming” comes from? They don’t have access to any technology superior to what any of us can have at home.
You can also just leave the cap intact, and and just tie the end of the cord in a knot to keep the strings together. Just loop it around itself and poke the end through the loop and tighten it to make the knot sit near the end of the cord.
They were probably able to use their special weapons and tactics to shoot away the floodwaters that had kidnapped the medicines.
I’m just a simple caveman, but it seems to me that using the phrase “eating ass” to mean something else is not the best way to talk about things.
Wow this is really fucked up. Here are some numbers from the article that can sorta quantify how bad it is:
“Lexington — a rural town of about 1,200 people, approximately 76% of whom are Black.”
“Lexington residents owe police $1.7 million in fines, and the city court has issued bench warrants seeking the arrest of more than 650 people — roughly half of the city’s population — because of unpaid fines, Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke said.”
And there’s a lot of other horrible stuff in there that they did to people. Too bad the BLM Antifa destruction squads were made up, they could use one there.
It’s really sad to me that modern youths and others tend to only listen to streaming music services, paying subscriptions, listening to ads, not being able to choose what song they hear next.
Everyone should own some form of permanently usable media with the music they like on it. If bands were still putting out CDs I’d recommend that for long term storage, because my collection from the 90s is still working fine. But with smartphones being the king of all social control now, I’d recommend having MP3s of every song and album you enjoy. Store them in multiple places with backups. I have also been collecting those since the 90s. My music collection is awesome. I have hundreds of CDs and about 10000 MP3s that no corporation can deny me access to.
The only thing I like about streaming services is discovering new artists. But I don’t need it to do that.
Just filter your tap water. Then you can drink it from glass containers instead of plastic. I spent about $100/year on filters for my RO unit and it delivers bottled water quality drinking water at home.
Not living in the city is my solution. It’s great.
