  • If you can go up in to an attic or down to a basement or crawl spapce directly above or below that floor, that would be the easiest.

If not, drill the walls, put in metal or plastic conduit or other allowable raceway where it is minimally obtrusive to the room ifpossible. Pull bulk calble throught the conduits make sure conduits or other raceway will accomodate all the wiring you need, along with bend radiuses. Look for 40% +/- fill after the cabling is in.

  • Looks like probably 1 strand with a strength member. Doesn’t look like any UV outside cable I have ever seen, and certainly not for direct burial.

Probably indoor/outdoor jumper cable to go from the outside splice enclosure in to where the ONT is located, with the majority of the cable intended to be indoors.

If that is thier “perminant” installation, consider putting some rigid or flexible conduit or other covering over it that can take the outdoor UV light. Not a good idea to disconnect it at either end, as you will likely damage the fiber at the end, but you could probably slip something over it like plastic cable loom, or half a conduit to eliminate UV exposure, and protect it from the elements some.

  • Send your carrier call examples and escalate.

Date and time of call Calling number (main or outgoing DID) Pcap and sip messaging taken where the carrier connection terminates, and your pbx if applicable Number(digits)dialed

Repeat until you have at least a half dozen call examples over a day or 3.

Open a ticket with your carrier and escalate through your account manager.

As far as the Cell, you can “try” with att wireless, but as Ernestine always said “We dont have to care, we’re the phone company.” The cell is just verification the isdue is probably with another carrier or the called parties carrier.
