I think the Falcons will win just enough to keep them out of range to draft a nice QB (barring mortgaging the future via a trade up), so that leaves a trade or FA signing. Fields looks like shit, and a lot of fans want him here, Cousins could run this offense, but is old, expensive and coming off an injury. Maybe Murray via FA? It would be so much easier if Ridder wins out and looks great doing it. I don’t know what the right thing to do is. Band-aid now via FA or start over with another rookie QB. The situation just blows.

Of course they can. You never know what the injury situation will be and that could even things out. Players can inexplicably play poorly too. Lastly, you better believe that a team playing the Falcons could expect a cakewalk and if they don’t have their priorities right, it’ll be similar to a trap game.
