hey!
The issue is more saying the words they get bottled up in my throat.
I forgot to mention this; I’m out to quite a few friends.
I kind of want to come out because if I don’t I will find it hard to find a boyfriend especially in my current situation there are like 0 queer people around
thank you so much it means a lot!
I just want to add that she doesn’t apply the same standard for heterosexual people and this has been shown.
Ah! Thanks for pointing that out I’ll be more cautious in that regard
I’m so sorry for what happened, and I’ve deleted both posts (at least on Beehaw for the other one). I didn’t think of it the way you and Fracture showed it to me and I’m thankful that you shared your insight.
i didn’t see it like that. I’m gonna delete that post, and I’m so sorry for that. Thank you. I understand that deleting it won’t right my wrong, but I’m sincerely sorry.
Edit for a little note: I went to sleep after posting this, and I haven’t checked Beehaw since. That’s why I left it up for so long. Thank you though. Also, the post was a technical perspective on how the portals work in the game, not anything to do with it’s content or the like. I haven’t paid for the game either. So, I’ve deleted both posts and wanted to thank you for sharing this perspective.
Reddit did try this, they use downvotes as a way to prevent showing poorly written or short content, but they didn’t properly explain it and so I feel that it probably wouldn’t be able to be explained.
I get where this article is coming from but it does extremely poorly at explaining its topic and reads as basic “I hate content moderation because I can’t see nsfw content”
You need to let it sit for a SMALL amount of time. Enough where they will notice the uncomfortable feeling, but obviously don’t hurt your child. I’d reccomend doing outings like to the local park or something with the (secret) main aim to see if this works. (Please note I am ENTIRELY talking out of my ass here, this is just my thought on the topic)
To be fair, the report feature exists and considering that they do the submissions so well, they’d probably be able to check it pretty often.
That’s a really useful guide tysm, I’ll be sure to refer back to this.
I personally tend to write YA / Romance kinda things, so self-publishing sounds like a fun thing to do. Ik Wattpad is good for the genres, but I hate the stigma around the website because of all the… questionable content on there. (To be fair my stuff tends to lean into the dramatics a little bit but i reckon it does it well enough, I’m hardly unbiased though.)
I kinda wish Amazon had something like a more helpful review system, as I do believe that the system that’s currently in-place doesn’t lead to much constructive criticism.
NOTE: Apologies if this post hasn’t came out the best I am so tired.
TLDR; Google Docs, and lately Obsidian
I’m not going to lie, I just use whatever’s on hand. I’ve written stuff on google docs for a while now, at the moment I’m using a good app called Obsidian (not made for writing but hey, what works works). I’ve been meaning to try Scrivener but 90 dollars (AUD) is a bit much, especially as I don’t think I’m a good enough writer to justify it.
Pen and paper MURDERS my hand, which is a bit annoying and I’m trying to get over it but like it’s just agony man.
I reckon he’s just really really fucking short-sited tbh. He seems to forget that there are people on twitter, or were tbh.
Is there a difference between the various types of data requests? There are 3 options based on different laws, but do they give different information?
I never received this advice, but I feel like it would’ve helped me get into writing well before I actually did. It’s okay not to finish. The 50 google docs you have all show your work, how you’re advancing your skills and expressing yourself more and more in each response. I used to only be able to write a few sentences before quitting, but now I go much longer.
Also, length doesn’t matter. I used to constantly try to set goals for how much I’d write in far too short a period. This may be useful for some people, but for me I just got distracted, obsessed with reaching my unachievable goal, and it was far less then helpful.
I agree with this. I used to be unable to write anything because I felt like, if my work wasn’t read, it was useless and needlessly written. Now, I love writing and I’m able to do it every afternoon, it’s quite relaxing.
that looks beautiful!! congratulations im so proud of u.
