It’s more fun, and mostly harmless, to believe these kinds of little stories happened. Life’s more interesting that way.

It’s actually more like three, but for one woman, that counts as a flock.
Definitely travel. It would’ve been nice to be able to get out of the states for a few weeks before I had all of the responsibilities that come with a full-time job, folks depending on me, a whole-ass flock of birds, etc etc.
My goal is now to (hopefully) travel before I’m 40 (currently 34, 35 in October). I’d like to hit up the UK (I’ve got a good friend there) and Japan (I’m a huge weeb), if possible.
My advice to the youngins out there: If you’ve got the means, definitely do a bit of travel between either highschool and college or college and a full-time job.
Oh my god, this one hits hard. The smell of bacon being fried in a skillet STILL gives me memories of when dad would fix some because he was up super early and needed something to do.
Ayyy, sleep deprivation buddy! I’ve been up since 5 AM and feel like absolute death. :)
Thankfully breaking a bone. The only time I broke one was back in the summer of 1999 on the way out to the car with my family, I think we were headed into town for something when I slipped on our porch and fell weird. As my parents supported me down to the car, out of instinct I put weight on my broken leg.
I can still remember the loss of absolutely everything else, my mind was just flooded with that agony.
Not at all the video you’re referring to (probably), but my first thought was this wonderful gem.

Gridders my beloved. This curator on steam might be of use.
I think Bowser’s a little busy being the president of Nintendo of America.
@Chris_ni Yooo, that’s super cool! I love the contrast between the purple and white.
Yeah, “How are your spoons?” is a common phrase in my friend group anymore for that exact reason. Personally, I’ve also used battery analogies, like being “low battery.”
God, I can smell the chlorine in this image.
Does the Sart Roloise carry the same yellow/purple gradient when it’s cut open?
@LoneGansel Oh my god, that is brilliant. Definitely gonna have to give this a shot someday.
My only piece of advice would, if possible, be dyeing your beard blue as well for that sweet coordination bonus.
But yeah, the dark blue looks good! As someone who also has dark hair and experimented with dyes in the past, I hope your journey goes better than mine ever did.
Oh that is beautiful, absolutely love it!
Chip and Ironicus in general are just fantastic, especially when it’s a REALLY stupid game (in the good way!) like Wonderful 101. Ironicus just losing his shit at this next absurd thing never fails to make me laugh.
Ayyyy, fellow Jets enjoyer!
The manga ended at least a year or so ago. The ending was… certainly an ending, yep.
I had the chance to go to Wales for a semester during college, but was too nervous. In retrospect, that would’ve been cool as shit.
We had some exchange students from their end of the program and they were all lovely folks.
