The point is taking the free shit DOESNT give them leverage. If they imply it does you call bullshit because it IS bullshit. I dont fight for what I’m worth any less hard because I get a free bacon and egg sandwich.

Its a mindset thing, it really ticks me off that I see this type of image on social media and at my own job all the time like its a either/or thing. Admittedly this one isnt as infuriating as most but still…
When they have a BBQ breakfast at my work. Between 60 people they spend $300 on bacon, eggs and sausages. It costs them $5 a head once a month and theres always 2 or 3 people spouting off about raises but these idiots arent in the union, they just complain about being given a free breakfast and do nothing to actually generate momentum towards better wages and conditions.
If my union came back from wage negotiations with $5 per month I would immediately quit the union and start looking for a new job. $5 a month is an INSULT of a raise, but a free lunch is still a free lunch. Take the free lunch, thank the boss for organising it and still fight for better conditions. This was given to you, you didnt have to fight for it so be grateful, but still fight for what you deserve.
Take the treat, thank the management and still fight for better wages and conditions. Its not either/or and if you think it is you’re a fucking idiot. You should ALWAYS be fighting for more.
Just narrow that stache up about half an inch on each side…
Not just the exercise but learning about exercise physiology, calculating macros, protein quality, eating windows, getting adequate sleep to sustain muscle growth, fat loss and testosterone levels… etc.
I’m my own hobby now.
I will be looking into this further, thanks for the tip.
I have to set up my pc for dual boot, choose a distro, install it, get it to work if theres any issues, then sort out whats different then try and install all my apps and games to figure out what does and doesnt work from those.
Its not that I dislike Linux or have anything against it but Ive been running Windows since 1996, I know how to do things already. I just want MS to just stop being “helpful” and fuck off. The quest for ongoing revenue means that is unlikely though.
I might give Linux a try when my daughter is a bit older and I have some free time. I like the IDEA of it, but I know Windows now and already.
I used to like the Chrysler 300, then I saw the kind of people who buy them.
Edit: Not a racial thing. Im Australia they became popular with people who really arent tough but want people to think they are… white guys who think because they smoke weed that they are essentially Pablo Escobar. Guys who have a motorbike licence and a 500cc commuter bike but 9 Sons of Anarchy hoodies. Guys who have a “Only god can judge me” tattoo but also some minor convictions from a local court magistrate who it turns out can judge them.
Its like that old example of "A graphic designer has a meeting with a CEO to design a new company logo, in 2 hours they are finished and the designer gives the CEO a bill for $4000. The CEO explodes “I’m not paying $4000 for 2 hours work” the designer responds “You arent, your paying for the decade of experience that allows me to do it in 2 hours.”
Im a huge advocate for fitness and diet for people who are having trouble with mental health. Because it gives you something you can nerd out on, control, research and if it sticks its a huge net positive for your life.
Figuring out your macros, setting yourself a step goal, designing a functional diet, doing some basic weight training even with just bodyweight exercises.
It also has the advantage of quite often leaving you tired at the end of the day. I can recommend some resources if you like.

Go for a cup of everclear.
Anyone already working in one of those establishments before the date of the law should be exempt. Simple.
I dont want to have to use what limited spare time I have to learn how to use Linux, I dont have the time its that simple. I have a pc, it just WORKS. Literally everything I want to do just works. I just want to have the start menu do exactly what I want, stop recommending me onedrive, stop showing me advertisements in outlook and stop giving us privacy invading features nobody wants.
I absolutely agree, but also see where this is coming from. You cant just turn a blind eye to parole violations and in turn people coming out of prison and going back to lets just call them “Problematic behaviors”. Thats entirely what the whole supervised release and parole system is for… How can you have this guy write songs for profit about shooting people while out on parole for gun charges and then with a straight face say that he is trying to rehabilitate?
“Your honor, my client has been working and can show a legitimate income and has an apartment. His latest single “Ill shoot the pig who tries to take me back to prison” has done really well and theres no reason to believe he may reoffend”
I have to agree with you in principle that this is bullshit, because if the person who gets to review his lyrics and who he performs with is a 70yo racist “good ole boy” he is utterly fucked, If he gets someone who gets the rap culture and understands the braggadocio in it, he will probably be fine but we cant base legal decisions around biases like that.
IMO 2 is so nuts it gets points for originality, 3 just felt redundant and derivative.
I just cant bring myself to reward mediocrity.
As much as I hate advocating FOR subscriptions. If Microsoft told me for $10 a month I could just have windows with all the options for me to run it HOW I FUCKING WANT as opposed to how they think I should. Id pay it.
You mean this Anime? thats full and free on YT.
Id argue that the Anime is a better Streetfighter 2 movie, The live action is just peak 90s ridiculous fun. Also RIP Raul Julia.
Thats the low hanging fruit that Hollywood misses all the time. A Christopher Lambert cameo, keep the theme song… its not hard to tick a few small nostalgia boxes when dipping into the Vault.
Not even the economic elite, just A list of some description.
Once your a big name you might have to take less money but someone somewhere will think you are a value proposition eventually.
