In Voyager, the ship is the lagoon. It’s probably got the same square footage as the island. Just look at Voyager as static and the rest of the galaxy is moving past it, washing up shenanigans every week.

So you’re an asshole, using religion as an excuse to berate and bully people, got it.
In medieval times, when you had the flu, the prescription was lots of water. Not to flush your system and keep you hydrated as is modern wisdom, but to balance your humors, which is made-up nonsense.
I could but I’d rather not. With a controller in one hand and a mouse in the other there aren’t many buttons near my fingers, I’d have to let go of one to do some stuff anyway for some functions. Plus it makes UI glyphs flash between keyboard and controller which is irritating.
When playing through games with both shooting and driving (or horseback riding in RDR2) I keep my controller handy and swap between it and mkb. I find I generally prefer walking around with a controller until I need to shoot; I end up using the controller 75% of the time.
I lived in Abbotsford for a while. They have a KKK problem and the churches on every corner throw book burnings. Plus, organized crime drug wars! For a time it was the murder capital in Canada. It looks like a small, boring suburban town but it is a horrible place. The Christian right have all the political power and this is the result.

I remember exploring the Road Rash files as a kid and each bike sound was a single short click that just repeated rapidly. Times have changed.
There’s the odd rumour here and there of a TV series, which is where this series would be better than films if done right. But alas, these these rumours stay rumours.
It’s more than acceptance, its saying its the little imperfections that make something even more endearing than if they were perfect. A bit of wabi-sabi gives character, or makes things feel less sterile, or more natural. Perfection can be less pleasant than imperfection. Not always, I want my airplane engines made perfectly. But something like handmade clay plates and bowls with wabi-sabi are great.
Huh, it’s got some similarities to the Persian flaw, thinking about it. The intentional inclusion of an error in Persian rugs as perfection is for God alone. Imperfection is human.

Strange women in unimatrices distributing nanoprobes is no system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not some farcical technological indoctrination.
I’m not a comic book guy, but I like superman movies. Who’s Mr. Terrific?
Triops: tiny freshwater horseshoe crab looking guys. You can buy their eggs for cheap online and raise and breed your own. Easier and cheaper than SeaMonkeys.
I just upgraded my cpu in a long time too! Everything that could go wrong, did. I had to flash my bios a few times, straighten some pins, clean out some thermal paste from the socket, but after 3 days I figured it all out and got it working. Getting a build working after lots of problems is so fulfilling, it’s almost worth the years of life I lost from stress.

An AI using what I say to train it will only make AI more like me. As far as I’m concerned, that’s an improvement that may help others while not affecting my life one iota. It’s not like it remembers who said what, it all just tweaks the algorithm.
Advertisers have been recording and storing what you say word for word to build a profile specific to you, containing your deepest, darkest truths so they can trick you into giving them more of your money. Who cares about AI training on publicly posted comments, it’s just taking energy away from the real privacy issues.
