This guy was getting red potatoes cracked and seasoned and ready to bake off later and I told him it’s way easier to just put them all in a bin and toss them in oil and seasoning and what does he do?

He starts cracking them on sheet pans first then spraying them with fucking pam. I think he sprinkled salt and pepper on but idk if he even did that for sure. Either way they’re not going to be coated all the way, they taste way fucking better with garlic and onion powder, and the shitty butter flavored PAM is going to affect the taste AND theyre not gonna brown right. Every time they do this for baked potatoes they look like dogshit.

The AC is broken somehow and people have come out to fix it like 3x now but they just say it’s fixed and leave, the temperature never changes, and then it starts leaking through the ceiling again in the same spots

Because like look when i said how sweaty I’ve been getting, i’ve been getting that sweaty in a fucking Tshirt and 2 weeks ago I was wearing a T shirt AND a chef’s coat and was fine except when mopping or grilling. No sweat. Comfortable. It’s only like 7-8 degrees hotter outside and that can’t be the cause of it because YEAH, IT’S A KITCHEN, IT GETS HOT NORMALLY… THEN IT COOLS DOWN. The two grills, steam kettles and ovens and fryer put out a lot of heat, and it’s still hotter than it was with all that shit on even when all the equipment is off. And the AC is leaking again. so don’t fucking tell me “kitchen’s are hot” when it’s a broke ass AC problem, not a kitchen problem!
