Yeah, that’s what I used before. I’d really like to play it. I own it on steam as it was dirt cheap. Maybe I’ll wait for the morrowind Skyrim mod, if that’s ever released.
I played a decent amount of oblivion but I needed to use some mods that don’t tie stamina to accuracy or damage output, I forget exactly what the problem was.
This is a reminder to try Morrowind again.
OpenMW. Fatigue is king - determines success of everything. Always have fatigue regen potions. Make sure its full or near full before combat, casting a spell, bartering, etc.
Don’t be afraid to run away from enemy, rest and then fight them again. or just practice on mudcraps until your weapon skill is decent
If fatigue is still hindering you from playing the game then add a mod or two that overhauls combat like fatigue regen and always hit

Morrowinds stamina system is definitely bad because everything is tied to it. It’s probably just better for you to wait for Skywind.
I remebering jump spamming up the ramps in Vivec City to build up the skill and stamina to make everything else S-Tier.
