As a non-US person I have to ask. Is the tone of that overview text normal for Zillow? You’d never get that kind of personality on our Rightmove!
It is not entirely unusual. It really just depends on who you’re selling agent is and if they are good at marketing.
I don’t see machicolations, so I’m not sure how you can call this a legit castle.
