What’s this community’s thoughts on shipping? I remember Reddit being quite hostile towards it, and I’m hoping it’s changed over here.

Shipping is essentially fan fiction. It’s fine as long as nobody takes anything too seriously.
Shipping is harmless, just keep real people out of it.
