My beloved Pixel 2 started having charger issues and then my carrier dropped support for it, sadly. Also really miss my red Nexus 5. On a Pixel 3a currently and this thing is the worst phone I’ve ever owned.

Really? What do you not like about the 3a? I thought people liked the 3 series!

The A was like the budget one. Specifically I’ve had multiple cracked screens (never had one on an Android before this phone) and lately it’s been unusably slow. Like, can’t even swipe down to see notifications or even hit the home button kind of slow Could just be my phone, though. 🤷‍♂️

Maybe a factory reset is what might help! Sometimes if you have been using your phone for a while that helps a lot!

Decided if I was going to lose all my data I may as well make the most of it. So today I factory reset, rooted, unlocked, and flashed Lineage OS onto it. It’s running way better but still lags a lot. Might be time to upgrade.

p7p is my daily driver, but i was still using the og pixel 1 a few months ago with syncthing so i could get unlimited photo backups at full resolution, but it didn’t end up working that well for me, so i said screw it and just paid for google one storage. i guess it worked out in the end since they added all the fancy photo editing tools…

my pixel3 still gets used at the gym for music since it’s nice and small, and still reasonably fast enough.

Oh yeah, if you have a Samsung phone it has a built in eraser tool, which if I am being honest is much better than Googles! The magic eraser is not that good on Pixels. But Samsungs eraser is so much better!

My kids still use my nexus 6p. Had to swap the battery twice now.
