Carbon offsets are a really stupid, ineffective, bureaucratic, approach. It’s like having Cheating Offsets. I pay a guy down the street to not cheat on his wife while I go and lay pipe like TC Energy on its way from Alberta to Texas. The only way to cut down on carbon emissions is to cut down on carbon emissions.
