I had not heard of a weighted blanket until I saw that image and searched for what it might refer to. Are they useful for adults too? Will ask my ADHD friend if they ever had one, might make a good gift.

I’m an adult and I love my weighted blankets. Yes, blankets, I have one for my bed and one for my couch. I’ll even travel with it, even if I have to physically carry all my stuff because I’m traveling by train or something.
