Education ministry in the Netherlands says tech is a distraction from learning and will only be allowed if specifically needed
Paper will soon become obsolete in the classroom and then this will look like the crazed decision of a luddite.
Doesn’t say anything about school-provided computers. But paper should not become obsolete, students need to practice digital and physical writing. Can’t always count on technology being there for you.
