League exists because of warcraft 3 mods and custom game modes. Players should have tools to make their own fun in custom modes

The ability to multi pick a single champ, urf bonuses sliders, “everyone’s Q becomes blitzcrank Q”, hide and seek, etc
Man, if you want to play custom games just try dota 2. There are like tonnes of it. There are custom games for everyone. Just check it my yourself.
