The legendary chest seems like a great deal (even though the weapons aren’t particularly my cup of tea). The skin is an interesting pick, but other than that, what are you gunning for?

Got the legendary chest for the Bolt. Turns out I need to get one gift of battle and some mystic clovers to finish my legendary. What would’ve cost me hundreds of gold, is going to cost me pretty much nothing.
It’s awesome. Of course, subsequent legendaries won’t benefit from all of my collected materials, but it’s still far better than going at it from scratch.
I can’t wait until we get the greatswords!
first got a weapon skin cuz the pistol is actually cool as hell. Then legendary box cuz may as well make bolt if its gonna give me like… half the shit.
After that Probably some template stuff for my alts, and clovers for spark lol.

new xpac changed the dailies to a semi-seasonal system where one of the rewards you can choose is a legendary starter kit. you can pick a precursor from a small selection and one of the expensive gifts to get a headstart on crafting with.
Not from the gem store, the Wizard’s Vault. The daily system has been replaced. Currently there is an option to buy a legendary starter kit. It contains a limited set of legendary sets (there’s only 4 to choose from), that give you the Precursor weapon, the weapon specific gift, and a random Gift of Might or Gift of Magic.
It’s a really great boost for crafting a legendary weapon and worth grabbing. I’m now about 500g away from my next legendary weapon and I literally just finished one a few days ago. It’s going to take a while, but it’s exciting stuff!

Even if they aren’t your cup of tea, considering the usefulness of legendary items, the selection of weapons aren’t bad. I just made Meteorlogicus and now I’m well on my way with Bolt as I already have the Legend in my bank.
My next stop is definitely the Griffon skin, because it’s one of my favourite mounts. Then I’ll be going for the cosmetics, emote, then the template slot before I start turning in for the lesser items.

I ended up buying 2 build templates and 1 equipment template - for some reason the equipment template never unlocked a tab.
@etchinghillside hm, from the vault? Equipment templates are not in the vault right now. You probably bought Build Storage, which is that stuff on the left side where you can store build codes instead of using a text file with chat codes.
Thanks, that was confusing me. I felt rushed since I was near the 1.3k cap. I definitely didn’t need that if that’s what that is.
I have been slow rolling the AA, passively getting it while playing normally. My first two are going to the big ticket items. Griffin skin and legendary chest.
