Maybe if there was some sign of a marxist movement arising out of dissatisfaction in the US, I would reconsider, but all that exists are a bunch of commies “chilling” in their own little cliques of nobodies.

Your thinking is stupid lifestyle individualism. There are some former Panthers around, and a tiny number haven’t even sold out, but the Black Panther Party is long gone and without being organized, their activism cannot be more than charity work.
