Booting ( 🥾 ) Throne and Liberty from my Steam Deck because the servers are ridden with so many bugs it’s almost fun to play it.
But no. It isn’t that fun right now.

@innkeeper@gamerstavern.online I didn’t get that far. The game just couldn’t keep my interest. A very pretty game but felt overly convoluted and not fun. Too much running back and forth and not enough smashing faces. I went back to New World after a couple days. 🤷♂️
@DoubleAA never gave a real chance to New World, but I might do it while it’s on sale - wasn’t the game around 39 bucks before? Now it’s on full price at 59 bucks!
What’s your opinion on Aeternum?
@innkeeper@gamerstavern.online The game is fun. I’ve leveled to max before and it’s one of the most enjoyable leveling experiences I’ve ever had. Endgame is garbage tho and from what I understand that hasn’t improved.
Even gathering is fun and relaxing! Chopping trees and mining ore and gathering herbs. Everything give you experience, too, so if you wanted you could chop trees all the way to 60.
Is it worth full price tho? Ehh, I dunno. I already had the game as we’d played on release. 🤷♂️
@innkeeper@gamerstavern.online T&L was the most confusing game we’ve ever played. Some of the most complicated ability descriptions we’ve ever seen, chaotic combat, and all quests are fetch quests. We uninstalled before hitting the requirements to do raids, which are apparently quite fun. PvP was trash though.
@innkeeper@gamerstavern.online problem is, the game itself is not new. It’s been around for a whole year in KR. If that’s the state it’s in right now, it doesn’t bode well at all.
