He’s a professional athlete. If he swings a chair it’s because he wants to swing a chair. On the other hand, if his running speed is so dangerous that he somehow accidentally grabs and swings chairs while doing so, then he better find a trainer to help him learn how to not injure fans. What better reminder than a large fine?

That’s good. If you’re a threat to fan safety, because you can’t get angry without hurting others, that’s not OK.
If you watch the video it was really not that serious at all. I think the chair was just in his way and he was running fast
