    So does that mean they dropped the change to Arcanist Flail morphs? Or am I mixing up patches?

      Looks to me likes it’s still in there. This would be the changelog to the PTS from the initial PTS patch

    10.1.2 - Sorc Class set now has Battle-Spirit dependent scaling, which is huge. It’s not the first set to have it, but it’s showing at least some willingness by ZOS to allow differences in set buff based on location, and as has been repeated ad-nauseum, Battle-Spirit dependant scaling is a nice, easy way to do it. Now kill off this tank/sustain meta please.
