Let’s give him silence then, scrub and delete all of our posts, comments and replies. Not only will that be more permanent, it will also deprive Reddit of its actual product, our content.
I’ve already been meaning to do so before the blackout, but back then, I wasn’t able to decide on how to go about it—there’s already tools made for this, but I want to archive my own posts and comments beforehand, preferably while keeping the comment context. Ngayon, masaya na ako kahit na yung mismong post/comment ko na lang ang ma-archive. Right now, I’m deciding whether or not to do it right now (while a lot of the subreddits I’ve participated in are still in protest), or do it later. I’m leaning towards doing it soon, as an additional middle finger to the ones who’ve gone back to public.
